Madonna - New Track on MDNA!

According to Madonnarama.com, the MDNA deluxe edition will now contain a 17th track produced by the "Girl Gone Wild" producer, Benny Benassi!  Their tweet reads:

The #Madonna #MDNA Deluxe Edition will contain 17 tracks! The new added track is produced by Benny Benassi and is called “Best Friend”!

Could this just be the bonus track on iTunes or is it added everywhere?  Who knows!  But it's something to get excited about!
